Downloadable Product Help

If you purchase a downloadable product and do not immediately retrieve the download from the link in your confirmation email, you can always download your product at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the store with your username and password and click on "My Account" (top right under the search bar)
  2. Under "My Orders" (or under the Account menu on the right), click on "Downloads". This will show you a list of all downloadable products you have purchased.
  3. Simply click on the Arrow Icon to the right of the product name and save the file to your computer. All products can be downloaded 2 times.
